Information
 

Arrival & Departure

Please note that your apartment or room is ready for occupancy at the earliest from 3:00 pm on the arrival day. If you would like to arrive earlier, you are welcome to change your clothes at our place and enjoy your first day on the slopes. On the departure day your apartment or room should be vacated until 9:00 am. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please notify us.

Deposit

We require a deposit of 3 days for a final booking.

House rules – visitors:

The apartments are intended exclusively for guests who were registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the host.

Visits by unregistered persons are permitted only with the host’s prior approval. Overnight stays by additional, unregistered persons are not permitted.

The host reserves the right to refuse visitors for reasons of safety, organisation or insurance. Parties, celebrations and gatherings involving several external persons are not allowed.

This rule is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, compliance with the permitted occupancy and the fulfilment of organisational and insurance-related requirements.

Unregistered or unauthorised visitors may be asked to leave the property or apartment immediately. Repeated or serious breaches of this house rule may result in the early termination of the accommodation agreement, insofar as permitted by law.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at our house.

Internet Connection

Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire house.

Children

For our little guests: a cot and a highchair are provided free of charge upon request.

Short stay

For a short stay up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 15% on the daily rate.

Location

A fantastic place with a view of the beautiful mountains. Distance to the nearest ski lift is (Nassereinbahn) 2 km, to the centre of St.Anton - 3 km.

Parking

Parking lot directly at the house. Per apartment 6 people = 2 parking spaces, apartment 4 people = 1 parking space, double room = 1 parking space. Further parking spaces only upon request.

Smoking

Our whole house is a non-smoking area for the general well-being. We ask for your understanding.

Ski bus-Shuttle Service

A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the centre of St. Anton. In the evening there is a night bus for a fee (at the beginning of December at the weekends and from mid-December daily).

Ski depot

For skis, boards and shoes (heated) directly at the valley station (Galzigbahn or Nassereinbahn) at our partner Intersport Arlberg - included in the price.

Ski passes

Ski passes can be purchased directly for cash or with creditcard in our house.

Cancellation

Booked stay 1.November to 30. April
- booking date until 30 days before arrival - 40% from total price
- 29 days before arrival and in case of no-show - 90% of the total price
- in case of early departure - 100% from the total price

booked stay between 01st Mai and 31st Oktober

• you may cancel your booking without charge up to 15 days prior to your arrival
• 14 days up to 1 day prior to your arrival: a fee of 100% of the booking amount applies
• In case of later arrival and/or earlier departure or a No-Show we will charge the total booking amount.
• A deposit(money transfer) of 30% of the reserved stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Payment

EC, Visa and MasterCard possible. We ask to pay in cash for additionally booked breakfast or bread service.
