Covid-19 information for the winter season 2021/22

 

Cancellation Winter 2022

  • up to 3 months before arrival - no costs
  • up to 30 days before arrival - 40% of the total price
  • 29 days before arrival and no show - 90% of the total price
  • in case of early departure - 100% of the total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

 

COVID19

First of all we would like to point out that we cannot provide free cancellation due to travel restrictions for unvaccinated persons. Of course, vaccinated and recovered persons can cancel free of charge if an entry ban is also imposed on vaccinated or recovered persons. In principle, our regular cancellation conditions apply.

 

Rules for winter tourism

We would like to point out that you may only start your holiday with us if you have recovered or been vaccinated.
Children under the age of 12 are not affected by this rule.

Access to our house and all other public areas is only allowed with FFP2 mask.

Vaccinated:
21 days after 2nd vaccination (not older than 9 months) with AstraZeneca, Biontech or Moderna. The second “booster vaccination” is also required for a vaccination with Johnson&Johnson. Vaccination with Sputnik is not recognised in Austria at the current status.

Recovered:
The disease did not occur more than 6 months ago, was confirmed by PCR-test and there is a certificate of isolation as well as a medical confirmation.

 

Gastronomy & accommodation

Access is only allowed for vaccinated and recovered people. Children under the age of 12 are not affected by this rule.
Closing time: 11pm.

 

Bars & Après-Ski

Après-ski and night gastronomy must remain closed at the moment.

 

Arrival

FFP2-Masks
Please bring FFP2 masks from home for your entire stay. Currently, masks are required in all public areas.

Online Check In
In order to shorten the check-in on site, we kindly ask you to send us all missing data in advance. We will send you an e-mail before your arrival, please also check your SPAM folder.

2-G rule proof (vaccinated or recovered)
This must be carried by every person aged 12 and over and presented at check-in.

 

Cable cars

Access is only allowed for vaccinated and recovered people. Children under the age of 12 are not affected by this rule
